It takes experiencing various methods and techniques to find what works best for each individual. When we engage in meditation we are training ourselves to listen and make room for the intuition and wisdom to show itself.
Learning various techniques can help to settle the body and enter a sacred space. Whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner we can always go deeper.
